A Delicious Little Nibble

If I had kids at home
   these little
     healthy nibbles
       would always
          be
            hanging
               around
                  in the
                     fridge

they
are
delish
and
oh   so  easy
to
make
....

dates
about a cup

tahini    coconut oil    honey
1/2 c. tahini (sesame butter)
                                              2 TBS coconut oil
                                  2 TBS honey

and cardamom
1/2 tsp

these few ingredients
go
altogether
into
your
food processor
whizzed around
until
a paste
forms

and spread
into
loaf pan
lined 
with
parchment paper
and
sprinkled
with flaky sea salt

pop
pan into freezer
for about
an 
hour
and
there you go!
no sugar
no gluten
good-for-you coconut oil


to switch
these
nibbles up
.......cinnamon instead of cardamom
.......roll into little balls instead of squares
.......top with coconut instead of sea salt

YUM!
